A made for TV movie back in the 70's, this gem is really worth a watch. Three different stories with Karen Black playing the lead in all of them.
All of the stories are good, and the first two have nice twists at the end. But my favorite would have to be the last story,"Amelia" based on the Richard Matheson story "Prey". This is a movie I saw as a kid and it terrified me. One of the reasons I love horror so much today. NetFlix it if you have an account, or buy it cheap on E-Bay like I did. Here's the story "Amelia":

Its a really cool movie, I love anthology horror and always wanted to see it I was at a thrift store and was shocked to see the anchor bay clamshell vhs release from a few years back for 79 cents. Bought it watched it quicker then I watch most of my new buys and really enjoyed it. Didnt care too much for the first bit nice twist at the end but really liked the second 2 parts.

I remember renting and loving part 2, but part 1 was so damn hard to track down! When I finally got a hold of it I really liked it.

I vaguely recall the first two stories. I might even be mixing them up a bit. One had to deal with a teacher and her male students or something, and the other . . . I can't think of right now. What this TV Movie is really remembered for though, outside of Karen Black of course, is the very last segment with the Fetish Doll. Great, great suspense. I love Richard Matheson as a writer.

Yes MacReadyOrNot, the first story was the teacher and the student, the second one was a split personality story and the third the Zuni doll story. When I was young and watched this, I thought the first two stories were sooo boring. Like man, come on get to the Zuni doll already. But, as I've gotten older, I really like the first two stories too. Both are well done and Karen Black is excellent all the way around. For a made for TV movie in the 70's, this one was top notch.
