So, ran across this one at one of those discount dvd stores. For $3 bucks, had to give it a try. Hell, it was a Canadian import, after all. Well, the disc was, anyway, for Dead Meat is a product of Ireland. And it features ZOMBIE COWS! How awesome is that?! Had to watch it with subtitles on because the English they were speaking wasn't English. But that was the only real downfall to the film, for it had a good story, good pacing once you got past the opening scene, and characters you got interested in. Plus interesting idea of zombies and how they are represented. And the practical effects of this film were phenomenal. It was so well done, so well produced. A surprising gem of a film that came from very low expectations. Hell, it even came with a short film (actually, all 3 videos we watched tonight had short films accompany them). www.imdb.com/title/tt0369359/Check it out if you can.

Didn't expect much from this film, but damn was it good! Started off fairly slow, but after about 15 minutes it picked up and never slowed down.
Great characters, awesome effects and a very interesting story. Definitely worth a look, and one I wanna add to my collection at some point.

Remember, subtitles. Closed Caption won't be able to keep up.

Once that damn coach showed up, I couldn't understand a word. He was a fun character though.

Vulgar cuss of a man. But then again, so was that lumpy child.
