I know next to nothing about Facebook, but managed to somehow set up a page for the forum. I do everything wrong there, which is probably why the forum is losing friends there. Tony was taking care of it, and since he can't be here right now, would anyone feel comfortable taking it over? I can't offer you much as a way to repay you, but I'd like a constantly updated page. Post if you feel up to the task.

I know nothing about facebook. I dont use it. I have used twitter in the passed, and if you wanted me to, i could set up a twitter account for this forum there. I use to use twitter a while back, but left. there is also a twitter widget that you can add to this forum.
Its totally upto you dude. Let me know what you think.

I started a twitter account just to follow Proboards, so they might feature this forum as forum of the month, but I haven't logged in in months.
If you feel like starting one for the forum, that would be great, but don't feel obligated.
Thanks man.

I wouldnt hold ya breath for proboards to feature this forum as forum of the month. Ive never seen them feature a horror forum yet. Twitter may pull in some more members. When i had a twitter account a while back, i only went there to chat about horror with like minded people. Within a month i had over 200 followers. If i can generate that volume again, some may register here.
I'll create a twitter page soon. I'll keep you informed.

OK. Sounds good. And, I've learned that if you don't live on the general talk area of Proboards support site, your forum won't get much exposure from them. Guess it's a popularity contest.

I agree. You need to appear on PBS are a regular member and post frequently to gain any form of "friendships" on their. Im not arsed about that stuff on their. I just go there for the help and support aspect of the site. Far too many people trying to "run" GT. The "popular jocks". Its kinda laughable really.

I agree with you. I'll advertise the forum there, and ask for help. But that's about it.

I agree with you. I'll advertise the forum there, and ask for help. But that's about it. I think most people do. PBS has a shed loada members, but not that many login unless they have forum issues. I remember when i first discovered Proboards about 11 years a go and the support forum would always have about 50-60 (maybe more) members logged in and all chatting n stuff. Those days appear to be long gone now.
