 "Palm Bay, Fla., woman Tara Coppola, was in a reported domestic dispute Tuesday night, when a neighbor called police about a an “out of control woman” chasing a man with “a knife and several other objects,” specifically, a knife, a fishing pole and a jagged piece of glass. As police arrived, the intended victim fled into the woods with Coppola in hot pursuit, but he managed to elude her. Coppola hid out in the woods managing to elude police, despite their use of dogs and a helicopter. Officers returned the next day and arrested Coppola. She was charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony. Exactly which felony she was about to commit is not specified, though aggravated bodily harm springs to mind. According to police spokeswoman Yvonne Martinez, “There has been an ongoing situation involving this couple.” A judge has ordered the couple to steer clear of each other."  Last week police arrested Sarah Howell of Killeen, Texas, after she allegedly slapped her boyfriend around, poured hot oil on him and beat him with a stripper pole. When police responded to the call about a violent domestic disturbance, they found a beat-up, burned man in the living room, and Howell weeping in the bedroom, saying he had hurt her. The unnamed boyfriend, however, had captured most of the attack on video with his cell phone.
