"Set in a future-world vision of Tokyo where the police have been privatized and bitter self-mutilation is so casual that advertising is often specially geared to the "cutter" demographic, this is the story of samurai-sword-wielding Ruka and her mission to avenge her father's assassination. Ruka is a cop from a squad who's mission is to destroy homicidal mutant humans known as "engineers" possessing the ability to transform any injury to a weapon in and of itself."
Oh. My. Glob. This movie is so over the top. So ridiculous. SO. BAD. I almost turned it off at the halfway mark the first time I watched it, but I managed to sit through and it somehow managed to get EVEN WEIRDER.
Since I'm sure nobody else here will sit through this splatter filled mess, I will say these 2 things;
1. Golden Shower Flesh Chair (right about the point I was ready to give up)
2. PENIS CANNON.
For as bad as this is, I can't help but kinda enjoy it. Plus, it's how I got my forum name.

It's a train wreck of mind f*ckery. Just when you think it can't get nay weirder or worse it does, by leaps and bounds not just small steps. Also, they advertise how Tak Sakaguchi makes an appearance in the film, but if you didn't know it, you never would because he's in there for like five seconds and you can't see his face at all.

I sure as hell didn't recognize him. Then again it's hard to see when blood covers the damn camera lens for half the film.
