Great cast of characters, awesome story, good sense of humor, and kick ass action. What more could you want out of a superhero movie?

Which is good, Dave. And you're not huge into cape comics, so it shows just how good a movie it is.

I was impressed with both Iron Man movies as well as The Avengers. I wish there was a stand alone Hulk movie with Ruffalo, I liked him so much. Really looking forward to Iron Man 3 and The Avengers 2.
Just need to see Captain America and catch up on that.

You should watch the rest of the Phase 1 films, just because. Cap, Thor, and The Incredible Hulk (full title, so you know).

That Hulk movie is Edward Norton. I love him, but is he good in that?

I liked him in it. Honestly though, it might be tough since Ruffalo owned that role.

Norton was good. I thought Eric Bana was better, personally, from 2003, as Banner, but Norton did well. Still, Ruffalo crushed them all.

I don't honestly remember how Bana was in that movie, though I do trust you on that one Scott. I only remember being bored to tears by the 2003 film.

I like it. I think it's what a read Hulk book was, how it was translated. His books were slow. Yes, Hulk SMASH but he didn't SMASH every panel.

I know. Hell, even Thor was a lot of talking, but I still enjoyed it because it was still fun and entertaining. I skipped the first 20 minutes of the 2003 movie and it still felt like it dragged on forever.

For me, it worked. Incredible Hulk was better, though, and Marvel is handling the character much better than expected, even with a lead actor and complete design change. I really do hope that there is another Hulk film in Phase 3. Only issue with doing Hulk centric films now, his best stories have him as Hulk 90% of the time. Planet Hulk has Banner in it for all of what, 6 pages? It's a 13 issue comic. That's a LOT of Hulk.

That 6 pages was just a dream sequence too wasn't it? I don't think there will be another Hulk only film, but having him do a team up with Thor or someone else would probably work.

Yeah, he needs to be someone who supports another film. I was hoping to get a Bruce Banner/Tony Stark buddy cop flick, but that didn't happen.

Banner and Stark together was a match made in Heaven. Some of the most entertaining moments in Avengers was their banter and interaction. Can't wait to see more of it in the sequel.

See, that's why a buddy cop film with those 2 would be perfect! Science, action, comedy, SCIENCE!
