i watched this last night as there was nothing else on t.v.
the part were they are escaping on the shuttle's and the girl get's a chainsaw run down her left side is my favourit part.

Great scene!! And, I thought a pretty good re-make. I own the original(which is one of my all time favorites) and this one. I can't really find too much to nit pick about in the re-make, so they must have done pretty good on it, lol.

got to agree about it being a good remake. i took a friend to watch it and she didn't like it. women !
at that particular scene, a big percentage of the audience was grossed out at it. but not me. i shouted "awesome" out and got some funny looks of folks. ;D
but, that's just me.

ive seen this movie but can't recall this scene and the video wont play says it has been blocked in my counry due to copy rights

Definitely one of the better remakes out there. The part that freaks me out is the zombie baby. I like that it did have it's own direction, but still paid tribute to the original.

My favorite part is the fat lady in the wheelbarrow springing to life and running at the people. I knew it was coming but it was still awesome. I laughed pretty loudly at that one.

Oh, this was a great remake. I have both on dvd, and I think I've watched this more than the original. It's a fun movie that fits the Dead universe while having its own personality.
