I don't know if it was their idea or if they gave the maker the go ahead to do what he wanted. It was made by Neal Snow who owns/owned All Star Championship Belts. Not sure if that company is around anymore, but he did all of the ROH belts at the time of that TV belt, and made the updated NWA World belt. The site is here, but I think he's left that business and started another now.

At least Dave Millican was able to reuse the WCW 6 Man tag belt with new art for ROH. Vintage. Clean. Representable. That's what a title should f*cking look like.

Yeah, I like it a lot. Dave Millican and Reggie Parks are the best out there. Reggie has passed the torch basically, but still makes belts himself. There are a lot of other makers out there now, some really good...some not so much. But Reggie and Dave will always be the kings of the craft.

There are pictures of ones he's made...but no one seems to have an actual belt. They're like Unicorns.
