This was the main title for Bill Watts Mid-South promotion and some of the best in the business held it. Had a really old school design for the first belt. I think this was the first one anyway, there may have been one before this one, but pretty sure this was used since the inception of the title.  Ted DiBiase with the controversial black glove and the North American belt.  Sometime in the mid to late 80's Watts had a new belt made and this thing was a monster. I remember the snaps on it looking like they were the size of quarters.    Replica made by Top Rope Belts   Rumor has it a private collector owns the original and the huge gold one now.
