Lol Lee. I know the feeling. Like I said elsewhere, the trailer makes it look good....but they probably show the best parts of the movie in it.

yeah, thats usually the case dave. show the best bits just to entice people in and try to get a few $$$ back.
the only thing that will interest me about this film is how much it will make in it's first week of release.

I don't know why, but this series is popular. I bet it makes a lot.
In all fairness, I haven't seen PA2. I've heard mixed reviews, so it's not one I'm rushing to see. The trailer for this looks good, but so did the one for the first one, and that blew.
I'll wait for this one on DVD too.

The first film was so low budget almost everything was profit I will wait to see what everyone says after dvd... Cuz so many people will just say it was good after paying for it in theaters

If I drop $50 bucks in the theater to see a movie...with the tickets and the popcorn and the sodas and the candy, and that movie sucks...I'm pissed for like two weeks. That's why I don't see movies when they are in the theater.
Although, I really want to see The Thing when it comes out. Really bad.

definatly prefered 2 to 1, was better in every way. I still wont say that its the best film Ive ever watched, but it was more watchable. Im not in any hurry to watch number 3, I expect I'll get around to it at some point.

From what I see it seems that way but maybe we need to find a paranormal activity professional here to tell us more

It says that reason for the activity is finally revealed, something like that. I was like, they played Bloody Mary? That's the reason for it all?

really? like one of those old "opening the door allows anyone to come in" like in the exorcist she finds that ouija board and messes with it and bam! she finds the devil in her, or stir of echos where he goes under hypnosis and the crazy chick leaves the door open "a third eye if you would" that allows him to see the ghost trapped in his home?

I don't know man, I was just going off of the trailer for it. Don't feel like finding it, lol, but at one point it says on screen that the secret or something will be revealed in this one. i'll be making an effort to go and watch the thing at the cinema. i can't wait for this one now. I wish the four of us could meet up and see The Thing together. That would be bad ass. That would be a little more expensive than taking the wife and kids though, lol. And I b!tch about that:)
