Oh man, thanks ✶April✶. Your forum is great, very well designed. I'm sure when you're back at it regularly things will pick right up!

Oh man, thanks ✶April✶ . Your forum is great, very well designed. I'm sure when you're back at it regularly things will pick right up! Eh, well, obviously it needs more than the design quality. But yeah, I get what you mean. Not sure when I will ever be back regularly, because it always ends up where the activity just fades away, no matter what. It seems I'm just better off helping other forums keep up their activity. Anyway, I'm done hijacking the thread now.

All's good, not hijacking at all. I think your forum is one of the best looking out there. It's tough to stay fired up about something when it seems there's not much interest, trust me, I know. If and when you want to go back full time on your forum, you know I've got your back and will promote you in every way. Love having you here, and I consider you a friend, so I'll help with your place any way I can.

i had a proboards forum too way back when. it was called House of Theory. closed it after a year for no activity.
people are all on facebook now. you know it's hard when we have to promote our forum on facebook, lol. it's mostly about structure and what ever makes you more comfortable. people just want to comment and like on facebook - quickies i guess. forums on the other hand are more personal and sometimes more thoughtful and very traditional. and let's not forget twitter - drive by social media. i like forums the best.
