I used to peruse the site during their comic sales. But not owning something physically makes my balls itch uncontrollably.

I used to peruse the site during their comic sales. But not owning something physically makes my balls itch uncontrollably. Agreed on somethings but for video games digital is the way to go. I think i would lose my mind trying to find a place for physical disc in my home especial finding prices like these would be impossible. Even movies im on the fence now on how to purchase them if i could find one place to store them i would go completely digital but haven't found that one interface that does it all for me.

I just threw out some computer game discs from the late 90s because you can still get them on Steam.

I don't do digital unless I have to. I don't like the fact that it can get erased by accident, or they can pull stuff for any reason at all. Like I know for some games they might have issues with the music rights or something like that, so they'll pull the game and now it's not yours even though you already paid for it.

I mean unless you are buying DRM free games you will be either using someone like steam, Uplay, Origin, etc.. which they all store your games for you in case of hdd failure or you get a new PC so you can re-download them. With steam you can install it on an external hard drive along with your games and play them on any capable PC. Games just eventually fall off and with steam it has only happened to one game that i know of and it was because no one was playing it and the servers cost too much to run for the games developer. even purchasing physical copies of games doesn't always protect you its at the point were only part of the game is on a disc now and the other half is online and required to be downloaded onto your harddrive. Especially now on the internet of everything your game can connect to the server and "update" or "patch" to remove things from the game like expired music license

I spent time listing the games and finding current prices on steam and the lowest prices on steam. i calculated the cost of both and the savings for both then when i went to center the images the forum crapped out on me and when i reloaded it was all gone lol. So instead you save over 100.00 at the current price and almost 60.00 at the lowest prices these games were available to purchase.
Next month looks to be some interesting games not sure if they are my type of game will have to look at them some more but looks like i may be handing these off as freebies
