Mhmm.. but I read in that FAQ where it says that their founder, Nick, makes 100% of payments, so I'm assuming he's got a rather decent-paying job that allows him to host so many images and keep it available for free? Which, I gotta say, is very generous! I'll probably make a donation sometime in the near future though.

Same here. I hate always being the naysayer, but the too good to be true thing is really looming to me. Gonna enjoy it, and hope it stays a reliable host.

5 months later and I haven't had any problems! I have 17 albums with 231 images so far.

Imgur was supposedly going to stop letting people link to images hosted there, but they said that a while back and the site has been updated a few times since then and they still give forum link codes, so I don't know if that's true anymore. I know, of the hosts I've used other than Imgur, NikPicHost and Cloudinary have been the most reliable.

All right cool. I might give the other two image sites a try to see how I like them.

Hello all. My name is Nick. I own nickpic.host I came across this when testing something out on Google today about a new feature I released to see if anyone was using it. Some keywords ended up ranking this thread pretty high. Yes, nickpic is a forum hosting service basically in a way. We call our users Storytellers, and our tagline is Together, we can conquer worlds, Storyteller.
. I was an admin on a large ProBoards' forum that was dedicated to an RPG site. Imgur screwed us over and much of the RPG community, so this was built as a response. At first we kept it exclusive to our site but we extended it. You are welcome to use it for any non-commercial purposes. I have no problem with that. We are an official ProBoards recommended external resource too. We have native support for https (so secure yay!). Your data is 100% encrypted. We have over 250 server pop locations for our CDN so images will load near instantly across the world. We've been around for over four years now. I recently had a heart transplant so I took a break for a while, but, the site remained online. I have recently released a new feature that allows your signature images or your avatar images to load randomly based upon your album: nickpic.host/page/randomizerPlease do feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Thank you again for supporting back in the early days and keeping an active eye on it through the past few years. I appreciate it! Stay safe. Stay happy. St Nicholas. But most of my income goes to my medical bills. I do however optimize this website to a crazy level, that is is ridicilously cheap to run... With my own secret backend optimization

Nice, I will say again, you are incredibly generous for allowing such a wonderful solution back then and today! And ditto to what occupant said also, the service you run is much appreciated, and best wishes for your health as well.
