First off, I wasn't sure where to put this, so figured the "Anything else" board would work. I've decided to take on a blog challenge this year (after some encouragement from a forum friend of mine) via a brand new blog on Blogger, in which I write an entry every day of 2018. I think it's going to be quite the challenge some days, because I don't feel like something interesting happens to me every day, lol. BUT, after just 2 days of participation, I've found that once the words start flowing, it's difficult to stop them! So I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me?! If so, just head over here: everyday-scribbling.blogspot.com and scroll down to the "Supporters" section and click follow. Leave a link to your blog, (preferably hosted on Blogger) and I'll follow you back and add your blog to my list. (Or even if you don't want to partake in the challenge, but you do have an active blog on Blogger, I'd love to have more people to follow! )

Trust me, I get it. I have the advantage of working from home, so no commute at all, which gives me more time to write, I suppose. I thought finding something to write about every day would be impossible also, but I tend to have lots of different thoughts throughout the day, so I pull inspiration from there most of the time. The friend that encouraged me to start this abandoned it about halfway through the very first month, but I found that I kind of enjoy having a place to write thoughts and general happenings in my life, and I guess it helps me in a way when I'm dealing with drama in my personal life and whatnot. I have a bad habit of bottling up emotions sometimes, pushing them into the back of my mind until it becomes too hard to handle, so this little challenge is great for preventing that. Anyway, that's mainly why I've pushed myself to continue and not given it up myself.

Keep it up. I still draw everyday. Been doing it since January 1st, 2017. I wanna keep this rolling, even if it's just a little ish doodle or a masterpiece (yeah, right). Keep doing whatever you can.

Thanks NDX ! And wow, that is great, you keep that up also. I definitely know how easy it is to lose that drawing talent if it's not used often enough. Thank you also Smeets ! I'm happy to hear my posts don't bore you to death and yours are fun to read as well!

I wouldn't much say talent, but it's something to do and I for the most part enjoy it. For now, Instagram is the place to go, Smeets. Without a scanner I don't update DA, plus I just don't like that place much anymore since most of the artists I like to follow are on IG anyway. Just found Liam Sharp, one of the reasons I even draw on there today.

Aw, sorry to hear that Tony Hates Everything I've actually been slacking on the blog updating for the past week or so.. I was writing a post last Thursday, but got interrupted when my mother-in-law called to say that she was coming over soon and had to immediately jump into speed-cleaning-mode, lol. I'm thinking I'll just hold off until tomorrow, and try to start off May with more motivation to update. Going to be a busy month, so maybe I'll have more to talk about! I hope you can fix that issue sooner rather than later! Let me know if you have to get a new blog URL also, so I can update my list.

My blog has been dead for a while, but I do get the urge to write every now and again. Thinking about adding some random thoughts instead of strictly reviews, thinking that diversifying a little might inspire me to do more.

I suffer from the same issue when im locked into a niche, sure i enjoy that topic or subject but day in and day out i find i lose my motivation faster.
