I sold those crappy dollar kung-fu DVD's I got for free, H, It's The Rage, Divergence and maybe 2 or 3 others I can't remember the name of. Nothing remotely watchable.

Awe, I would have liked to have seen those krap-fu flicks before you dumped them.

I had them for about a year and only watched maybe 2 or 3 of them. I had no interest in them and they were wasting shelf space so I sold them and got stuff I actually will check out. I'm sure you probably would have wanted a handful of them though.

The Fog is great. The original I mean. The Stand is a good watch too. May have to get to that before Halloween.
And, another nice haul there Joey. Some excellent horror and non horror movies there. I love Meatballs. Bill Murray was great back then.

Shutter Island for $2, sealed. What the hell, give it a shot. Consider it a long term rental.

Can't beat it for $2. I wish there was a place around here to get DVDs cheap like that. Walmart has a good bargain bin, but it seems like I show up after it's all been picked through and nothing left but movies that even at bargain pricing I wouldn't want. Guess I'll stick with NetFlix. Gotta justify my $7.99 a month anyway.

Went on a little bit of a buying binge since I don't have work tomorrow, I decided to walk from work to the Salvation Army (a bust), the Good Will (score) and Best Buy (SCORE!). Tomas knows it's a hell of a walk.
At the Good Will, I picked up Vincent Price's The Put and Pendulum for $3.00. I'll take a chance with it, you know? DVD looked immaculate.
At Best Buy, took advantage of the Halloween sale. Scream, Scream 2 and Rob Zombie's Halloween (don't worry Dave, I'll still watch John Carpenter's version first) for $5 each, and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake 2 disc set with that metal place for $8. All in all, a nice haul.
AND I picked up 80 more blank sketch cards.

The last movie I technically bought would be A Serbian Film on blu-ray, thought the last film to come into my possession is a copy of The Last House on Dead End Street from Dave. Thanks buddy!

That movie is damn hard to find. Even if you do it's usually ridiculously overpriced. Something I do eventually want in my possession though.

That's a lot of money for a movie. But, there are ones that I would want to have the actual movie of and not a copy just to say I have it. Last time I went out and seriously shopped for movies I got Night Of The Living Dead, Dawn Of The Dead and Day Of The Dead, all the originals. Of course I made copies of them that I watch. The originals stay in their boxes safely out of harms way.

If that Shutter Island dvd I bought was anymore bare bones it wouldn't have a movie on it.
