So, I just finished watching The Exorcist: The Version You've Never Seen, a film I've never seen in full in, well, ever. That's right, I've even own this dvd since The Exorcist: The Beginning came out on dvd (which I haven't seen yet either). But now that I've seem this version, I want to see the theatrical version, and could go for a few documentary (which this dvd does not have, sadly). I was never really interested in the film, but my father bought the 2 as a set from Columbia House (now you know where I get my dvd buying ways from) and he never watched them either. Glad I did finally see this, because it was a good film.
So, it looks like I'll be giving this the Blu-Ray upgrade treatment when I upgrade my TV.

It is a good movie, one of my favorites. The extra scenes are just icing on the cake. Bet it will look awesome on Blu-Ray.

I hope so. It was a pretty entertaining film, surprised it's nearly 40 years old.

That's not an all too hard trip for you to make, is it?

No, not at all. Like a half hour drive depending on traffic. I'm just an idiot when it comes to driving in the city, so that has to be accounted for.
