Because of all the talk we've started for this, I'm watching Punisher right now. I can't help but love this movie.

There are rumors going around that Marvel is thinking of doing a Punisher film, though not necessarily right away. I would love for that to happen, and if they can get Jane in the lead role, that'd be even better.

I don't know if an MCU Punisher Would work all that well. Will Marvel/Disney be willing to do right and go R like Lion's Gate did? If not, count me out for now.

They know their property, so I think if they're going to do it, they're going to do it right. Then again, who knows, we may not see this film for years to come, if ever.

If we never see another Punisher movie I'd still be content because we got that Jane classic. It is the perfect blend of what the Punisher should be, from campy big gun unrealistic 616 to MAX Ennis hyper militaristic gonna fack the world realism.

Marvel, since 2008, has proven they're not afraid to make real movies, where DC is only brave enough to make Batman movies.

Hey now Scott, DC tried Green Lantern! They failed miserably at it and then went back to their Batman/Superman safety net, but they did try. |

DC has amazing franchises like Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and the Flash, and ROCKET FACKING RACCOON IS BEATING THEM ALL TO THE BIG SCREEN! Get your ish together DC.

Aside from being scared to try other franchises, I don't know if DC has a whole bunch of characters the casual viewer would know or be interested in seeing. Wonder Woman and Flash, yes, but I don't know how many people would go see Aquaman, Hawk and Dove, umm...I honestly can't even think of anyone else.

Swamp Thing and Animal Man Rotworld saga. Might work as a hard R zombie-ish post apocalyptic warzone fantasy flick.
Suicide Squad would be a lot of fun. Challengers of the Unknown could work as a period pulp piece. NIGHTWING DAMMIT! A real western for Jonah Hex and Tallulah Black, not that BS we got a few years ago.
