Here's hoping he has a speedy and full recovery and that WWE keeps him out of the ring. These old guys getting beat up is just bad news waiting to happen. Jerry also had a match earlier in the evening. I wonder if WWE were offering him stress tests and if so, if they knew there was a problem, why let him in the ring?

Just read Lawler is going to have a stent implanted in an artery. That should end his in ring career. Again, I question how the WWE could miss this.

Didn't MVP fail a stress test a few years back and WWE wouldn't let him in the ring? Yeah, you'd think Lawler would be given the same testing a full time guy on the roster would get since he does get in the ring occasionally.
As of about an hour ago he was in critical but stable condition. Gonna suck to never see him active in the ring again, but that's way better than the alternative.

Good. We had Louie from Wrestling Enigma on, a certified EMT. We discussed the situation, where he goes from here, question why this wasn't found by the 'E or if Lawler hid or what. Talked about personal experiences (both Daniel and I's fathers had stents put in). I got a bit heated because how could this had been aloud to had happened.

Full on heart attack? Man, I'm glad that he survived. Watching Raw after hearing he collapsed was really rough.

Yeah, as far as I know. Last I read he was in critical but stable condition. That was yesterday, I hope he's improved some since then.

Yeah, he's doing well now. He went back to work (painter) about 6 weeks ago and he seems to be doing good.
