For free, until you start selling it. Then they get 10% of whatever you make. But, not a bad deal considering they do everything but write it. So there are comics on it, your story was unique to me. And I read everything I can find scary. It doesn't cost anything to submit it, and worse case scenario, they say thanks, it's already been done. I tell my wife this every day, and she won't take the plunge because she thinks no one will read it.
