I've seen and own a few of these.
Anthropophagus I thought was really damn boring for the most part. Nothing really happens until the last 20 minutes of the film.
Blood Feast is absolutely ridiculous but in a fun way, one I don't mind watching every now and then.
The Burning is an amazing film. Definitely need to pick up a copy sometime soon. Good story and awesome special effects.
Cannibal Ferox is a sick ass movie and I love it.
Cannibal Holocaust is brutal, but the animal cruelty scenes really keep me from enjoying it. Nice soundtrack though.
Cannibal Man is pretty good, not as violent as they make it seem. It's a lot more about a man's psychological breakdown with some homosexual themes thrown in.
I Spit On Your Grave sucks. If it wasn't for that insanely long rape scene (which is done laughably bad), this movie would have been long forgotten.
Last House on the Left is a pretty good one. The humor was a bit out of place, but it is well filmed and has some really creepy and tense moments in it.
Snuff is a dreadfully pitiful film that only got views due to the very clever marketing scheme.
Zombie Flesh Eaters is one of my favorite horror films of all time.

Iv seen probably half of the movies on the list by this point in my life and id say most of them suck and were real boring I dont even like zombie (Fulci) at all I do own it and I think the box art and that zombi face are and deserve to be the icon of horror that it is. Most of the movies just had real cool box art that made you want to watch it like Driller Killer which actually isnt even all that gorey cept a few scenes.

Driller Killer is a great film to me. I like watching a man delve into insanity as we start to do the same experiencing what he does with that band. It wasn't about the gore, it was the story. I friggin' loved it.

I have a copy of Driller Killer but haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I've heard mixed reviews about it but definitely will get around to seeing and judging it for myself.
You want a really boring video nasty? Check out Unhinged. I have zero idea why this was banned considering 98% of the film is boring dialogue. Maybe it was banned for being such a piece of ish?

I'll definitely need a tissue for that scene. I have a book that has a lot of the box art called "The Art of the Nasty." Damn, that sounds like a porn doesn't it...?
