this show was excellent. pinky and the brain. I want this on dvd so much. There are a few cartoons from my past I NEED on dvd, Darkwing Duck seasons 2 and 3, all 3 seasons of Ducktales, GI Joe, Transformers, Rocco's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, and this. Definitely this. And maybe Animaniacs. Because.

I'd like to get the later versions of the Looney Tunes cartoons on DVD. Not the really early ones where Bugs and Daffy were stupid, but the later ones...like this:

Yeah. But I think I'm going to have to go and buy the sets 1 by 1. Season one is broken into 3 parts, and season 2 is a one-shot. Get those and the movie, and I'm set. Then... series two!
I caught 5 episodes yesterday, the Arise, Serpentor! Arise! 5 episode epic. I only stopped to watch because the first thing I saw was SARGENT SLAUGHTER, BITCHES! Yeah, that made me stick around.

Still one of my favorite shows even in BBC re-runs - Blackadder.

I like horror and juvenile stuff for the most part, lol. Ren and Stimpy was always a favorite of mine.
Always liked the old guy that lectured them. My favorite episode is when they're all camping and cooking hot dogs over the fire and the old guys nose falls off into the fire and he spears it and eats it like a hot dog. Lol, told you. Juvenile.

"I like horror and juvenile stuff for the most part, lol"That's one of the things that I find so endearing about my guy, there's something so adorable about a man who retained his boyish, playful spirit. I think it's sad when we get too old and stodgy to laugh at silly things or get lost for a while in a fantasy world where reality is suspended for the duration of a movie or good book. Cheers to all the inner boys & girls who are part of this forum, don't ever get old!

I agree. It's like the Twilight Zone episode of "Kick The Can". The message, as most know, was you don't start feeling old until you start acting old. I still feel like having fun and laughing. Life is too short not to. Why not have fun?

Well said Dave. People always tell me I need to grow up, when really they just need to stop being so stuck up. What good is being alive if you're not enjoying yourself?

Yes sir. What's the point if you're not having fun?
And to Joey, I don't think I've ever seen an episode of The Walton's all the way through. Just never got into it.
