"For those of you interested in how Scott Hall is doing with his treatment plan at Diamond Dallas Page's "Accountability Crib," here's a video from the bad guy himself. He's in good spirits, is working out, eating clean, and preparing for hip surgery on April 9. Despite struggles at times, he looks and sounds as good as he has in a long time now. Plus, he's active on Twitter and back doing his "Last Call with Scott Hall" series on YouTube, which you should definitely be watching. We wish the artist formerly known as Razor Ramon all the best."

I meant to post about this. I read that DDP was trying to help him get it together. Man, if DDP can help Jake Roberts stay clean and get in shape, Scott Hall shouldn't be written off either. Good stuff, I like what DDP is doing.

That's the best he's looked and sounded in a long time. I really do hope he can clean up.

Hall looks good there. Never thought I'd get to say that.

I wish him well.
I do DDP Yoga and I really think its great. I've been doing it for about 9 months and so far I've lost 71 lbs.

I don't know if either of you want to lose weight or just get strong...but DDP Yoga is good for both. I never really worked out before, so I struggled a lot when I first started DDP Yoga but I stuck with it. I still want to lose 50 lbs more, I'll get there eventually.

It's awesome that you've already lost 71 lbs. That's a major accomplishment. I've tried DDP yoga a few times and it kicked my butt. I should start it and stay with it, I've put on a lot of weight since being out of full time work.

Yeah, that time off makes it hard to find motivation to get up and out there. Happened to me. I got to get back out there and working more, too. Just in general. Sitting at the same weight too long. Hopefully I'll find a balance because this past week I did too much.

The first time I did the DDP stuff with my wife, and I did the beginner workout, my body shook for an hour afterwards. Really easy to hurt yourself by doing too much. Gotta be careful of that.

I think I'm gonna finally give these a try on Monday since I'm off.

My wife rocks this man. You might really like it, it's very customizable. Plus DDP is a really good coach. I was skeptical about that to be honest. I thought he was just trying to make a buck. But, I don't think that's the case. I think he enjoys helping people.

I'd say yes to helping people, because his helping Hall and Roberts hasn't been turned into a show yet. Just an infomercial.
