Especially if your cord snags and you come unplugged...or the hero realizes he can pull it or cut it. Gas powered is the way to go really.

Well those are all interesting scenarios, but I still say you need a gas blower. You can barely remove a baseball cap with an electric one.
A gas powered one could almost take your pants off.
