What? Really? That's completely insane. I don't care what she does for a living, why is he allowed to shoot her if she doesn't have a weapon and threatening him with bodily harm? She didn't want to screw him? WTH man, and he get's acquitted with nothing, unbelievable.

Apparently you can use lethal force to retrieve something that was stolen from you, which in his case was money. Why allow violence to be introduced into a situation where it's not at all needed? Nobody thought this was excessive?
That's nuts man. I'd say shooting an unarmed woman who wouldn't do him in the neck and paralyzing and later killing her is pretty excessive regardless of her heinous act of stealing his $150. Wonder what her hospital bills came to until she passed? Unreal.
