"The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty. The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won't leave the planet without Riddick's head as their trophy." www.upcominghorrormovies.com/movie/riddickIn theaters Sept. 6.

I couldn't sit through Pitch Black and fell asleep watching The Chronicles of Riddick. I'll pass.

Same here. I'm not a big Vin Diesel fan anyway.

I'm alright with him, but his choice of roles are pretty damn poor. Honestly, I liked him most in The Pacifier.

I thought Pitch Black was all right, but Chronicles was horrible. Pass.

We do our best to not speak with idiots, so no wonder we never met anyone who enjoyed this.

I'm not even going to watch those. I have no interest in any other Riddick movies. Oh, Vin Diesel, you could have been something interesting. Now you're just a broken record. And broken records get tossed out

Pitch Black was okay. Then they made that sequel. And cartoon. And now this. And Fast and the Furious 34. What next, Pacifier 2? Iron Giant Redux?

Less is more in a lot of cases. This seems to be one of them.
