The copy of Prom Night I have is pretty much ish. So this, this appeals to me because I actually really enjoyed that movie.

It's a good flick. Doesn't get the attention it deserves for a good 80's horror movie.

Well, it was kind of overshadowed by nearly a whole decade of great monster and slasher flicks. It got lost, especially since it was from the beginning of the decade and what followed set up half a dozen franchises at least.

You'd think it would be a cult classic just because of Jamie Lee Curtis, but then again, look at Terror Train.

I own this on vhs, dvd and now I need to get this on blu-ray! I wish they'd put out a boxset though. I really love all the Prom Night films. For the exception of the remake. (ick!)

Yeah but, this movie is bad. Like, worse than Creepshow 3. Worse than the Day of the Dead remake. It's like, Texas Chainsaw 3D is better than the Prom Night remake lol

I've seen all of those and can verify that each of them if facking awful.
I watched this for the first time on Tuesday. It was okay, kinda slow for my taste.
