All sources are saying the lockout will end, and both owners and players agreeing to terms. Details are sketchy right now as to the exact terms, but we should have a full season.
Starting in November like they wanted to, and having a six week season, then the playoffs was stupid. May as well have sat the whole year out. So, I'm excited for this.
The Skins are supposed to be all over free agency, we may actually have a decent team this year.

I wish the Skins had Matt Ryan. Heck, I wish the Skins had anybody. But, we're going hard in free agency. Just hope there's enough time to get the team to gel before the season starts.

Lockouts over!! Now, let's just hope the players kept themselves in shape with no training camp. I think we're going to see some sloppy games early on in the season. Sloppy or not, I don't care. I will have football this season!!

Good to hear. I think the players are smart enough to keep themselves in decent shape....but not training camp shape. They're going to be hurting on the field.

Nothing can get a player ready for the season better than training camp, and that's all but lost. Pr-season and go. Gonna be interesting.

You got Albert Haynesworth who was nothing but a whiny, slacker for us. Of course, now that he's on another team, he'll play great.

yea him and ocho cinco are a big disaster but we are giving them a chance to have a heavy ring on there hand that says Superbowl Champs. these guys will step up there game and i see us in the super bowl any problems with the two lets look at randy moss, i love him i think he is still great but he started his b*tching and was given the boot

The thing with Haynesworth is that he is a great player, He just didn't like the defensive scheme the Skins used, so he cried about it and didn't play. We were right to get rid of him, but like I said, now that he's with a team that runs the defense the way he likes, he's gonna be a beast, Happens with all the players we release it seems.
Nonetheless, the Skins are on track to have a really good team on the field in the next few years. I won't call the playoffs this season, but I think we'll be in next year.
