Such a classic film, and yeah, the ending was messed up!! To live through all of it only to...just a nasty twist at the end.
Love this movie.

lol he was bad ass thru the entire movie... the best thing about this movie was there wasn't anything like it now-a-days you see a movie and you go oh, she is "sick" and bet that guy is gonna be a b!tch and not save anyone. yup, she is gonna die

Some people say this movie is too slow and hasn't aged well, but I completely disagree. I think this movie is just as great and relevant as it was when it was first released. A true horror classic. Too bad Romero has sullied his name with the last 3 "Dead" movies.
