I installed Chrome and tried to log in and entered the wrong password, and now I'm locked out of it. I tried to reset my password with the email address I signed up with, but after being told I was sent a link to reset my password, I never get the link. I could start another account, but I've had the first one for a while and have 100% positive feedback, so I'd rather not lose all that. Only thing to do now is call them and I'm dreading that. I've tried so many times to reset my password, I don't even know what the original one was. This sucks.

Aw, yeah that does suck. This is why I keep a Word document encrypted with a password on my computer that has all of my sign-in usernames/passwords for just about everything. Because I try not to use the same password all the time and then I can never keep them all straight. Why are you dreading calling them? If the link never got to you, it sounds like they're at fault.

Because I always get someone I can't understand over the phone. It's more an exercise in frustration than anything else. Maybe I'll get lucky this time.

Back in!! Had some trouble understanding everything that was said, but the end result is I got back into my account. Wasn't too bad, and I kept my feedback which was important. All is now good for me in E-Bay land.
