I think I'd pick In The Mouth of Madness. I love the movie and the Lovecraftian theme to it. Cool monsters and weird stuff happening, plus Sutter Cane writes some scary stuff.  |

Shaun of the Dead, because I think all the BS happens in England and NYC was safe and sound in the end.

Hmm...
I would have to say...
The '80s version of Little Shop of Horrors. The one Frank Oz directed.
I know it's cheating a bit since it's a not a scary horror movie. It's a horror comedy. I just feel if I was going to be trapped in a horror movie though I'd want one that was easy to live through and would bring me nostalgia. Since I performed in the musical in high school I'd say being trapped in the Rick Moranis movie would certainly bring back great memories.

That or Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, so I could meet all the old horror movie monsters. At a distance, of course.
