Awesome magazine, great site: rue-morgue.com/index.phpAlready contacted them to see if we can get added to their "fiends" section, we'll see. Great looking magazine none the less. I like it better than Fangoria anymore.

I used to see this in Borders, it was always so expensive. $7 or $8 an issue. So, I would just read through it in the store.

I think it's $9.95. I guess most mags like this are around that price anymore. It is a good magazine.

It is pricey but man is it a high quality magazine. I too simply read through it in the store because I can't really afford to drop that much on a mag.

Just checking their site and it looks like a great horror magazine. I don't go to stores often, lol. My wife does, but she doesn't go anywhere that would sell this. She gets her books online. May have to venture out of the abode one day and check this magazine out, i.e., read it for free in the store. I'm a cheap bastard.

It's not cheap, you're being frugal! Big difference.

If she makes you sleep on the couch, it's not my fault!
In all seriousness, dropping 8 or 9 bucks on a magazine is pretty crazy. If it's something you don't really need, don't buy it. I always carry a notepad on me and write down the names of the movies in it that sound interesting so I can check them out later. It's the best thing to do. Why spend so much cash on something you'll probably only look at once then throw away?

Agreed. I stopped buying Fango and PWI long ago, especially when so much info is available online. My wife can buy Star, The Globe, US, People, etc. every week, read em and toss em. But, I check out Rue Morgue or whatever and I get "how much is it? No." Somethings wrong here. I just don't know if I'm man enough to fix it, lol.

Better leave it alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it right? That's just the way it work I guess. Man, I sure do miss it when magazines were cheaper but like you said, there's always the internet.

I really miss the old DC House Of Mystery and Tales Of The Unexpected...or were they Marvel? Can't remember. Love the old horror comics.
