I was wrong. I'm reading volume one of the manga Lady Snowblood first. And I see vol 2 is OOP and I don't have money for it right now. Anyone want to trade a drawing for a copy?

I started reading the latest volume of Attack on Titan: Before the Fall, but haven't picked out up in a while. I'm actually liking it better than the original story.

BUMP!
I'm reading Battling Boy by Paul Pope. I just finished Noir, a Dark Horse Crime Anthology and before that I read ish and Piss by Tyler Landry, an indie graphic novel I picked up at Forbidden Planet. Short read, weird as fak, but beautiful, if not a bit nauseating artwork. I loved it. Before that, a whole shitload of Sin City!

Nice updates everyone I forgot to update as well, now I'm reading a crime thriller, Promises in Death by J.D. Robb, the pseudonym of one of my long-time favorite authors. This is the 28th book in the series though, and I kinda feel like I'm missing some stuff (obviously, lol), though not enough to completely miss out on the individual story. I may have to try to find the first book in the series after I'm done to fill in some blanks. I'm also kinda casually re-reading the A Song of Ice and Fire series, since I got the enhanced (digital) editions of all available books for my birthday. I'm still on the first book, A Game of Thrones, and I love the additional features! (annotations from the author/interesting trivia, interactive maps, house sigils and meanings, gorgeous illustrations!)

Not reading anything at the moment. Work has been kicking my ass so bad, I come home post here, check my e-mail and go to bed. And my days off...well I catch up on all the things I couldn't get to during the week, and that's usually not reading. It's usually the yard.

That's totally understandable, endo. I don't blame you one bit.

BUMP! an indie graphic novel I picked up at Forbidden Planet. Short read, weird as ****, but beautiful, if not a bit nauseating artwork. Someone else mentioned this to me earlier in the week. I'm intrigued. As for what I'm currently reading: THE FORGOTTEN GIRL, by Rio Youers. Phenomenal. It's shaping up to be the best book I've read in the last 5 years, if the first 100 pages is any indication.

Currently re-reading SAYING UNCLE by Greg Gifune, one of my all-time faves.

james, ish & Piss was more art than anything else, but it's well worth a read. It's quick, but I'm glad I took a chance on it and picked it up. Gonna see if there's more out there by the artist. Currently reading 13 Coincs illustrated by Simon Bisley. Looks like it was painted digitally, which is not holding up to his tradition illustrated or painted works. Just feels wonky.

I just started The Book Thief by Markus Zusak the other day. It's from a reading prompt of a book that has been turned into a movie (that I haven't seen).
First impression after the first several pages... I've never read anything with the type of format this was written in. It's interesting, but it's also making the book sort of slow, in regards to me getting fully into the story.

Well I just started reading Stephen King's It. I figured I would join in on all the fun.
But a couple days ago, I finished reading Chris Jericho's fourth autobiography No is a Four Letter Word- How I Failed At Spelling But Succeeded in Life. It was hilarious as always.

Man, it's been a while since I really read anything. I'm slowly reading the Devil Dinosaur collection by Jack Kirby.

I've started up the Odd Thomas series by Dean Koontz. Hit a snag by getting sick at the beginning of this month and couldn't focus on reading at all, but now I'm getting back into it. I bought all 8 books on a whim and I'm on the second one now, Forever Odd.

It took months to finish 9 issues of Devil Dinosaur because of laziness and 3 days to finish 18 issues of Luther Strode because I don't know. Now I'm on volumes 1, 2 and 3 or Saga. The only good volumes, really.
