I'm currently reading the second novel in the Queen of Hearts saga. It's titled Blood of Wonderland and it's written by Colleen Oakes. The book has been very good so far.

I just finished Through The Woods, a horror anthology by Emily Carroll. A very good, very creepy, well told and well illustrated book. Glad I picked it up this year, it very much lived up to the reviews.
I just started Ed Brubaker's run on Captain America again. I'll be reading the first Omnibus, Captain America: Fallen Son, The Death Of Captain America Omnibus, Avengers/Invaders, Captain America Lives! Omnibus, The Trial Of Captain America Omnibus and last Captain America The Return Of The Winter Soldier.
That is probably 150 single issues I need to read. Wish me luck.

Emily Carroll is awesome man. I read His Face All Red a while back and loved it. Does this one have that story in it NDX ? I need to read this, really liked the one I read.

Nice, have to look for a copy.
I've actually been reading the Scary Stories Treasury, which has all three Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark books in one volume. I guess seeing the movie got me nostalgic for the stories I had read when I was young. Some are still pretty good, some not so much. Still glad I have them though.

I've got that "Scary Stories" anthology but I haven't gotten around to reading them. I read them in 7th grade and I purchased the book again when the movie came out so that I could re-read them. I guess I'm going to have to read them at some point since I watched the movie.

At this point I'm going back and forth between The Road to Wellville, a fairly funny satire of the health nut craze during John Kellogg's times, and Judd Apatow's Sick in the Head, which is so far so good.

I hit a road block reading The Trial of Captain America. Getting back into it but for most of last month read pretty much nothing. Hell, I watched nothing, too.
I'm about a quarter into it. I really need to finish these because I have a shitload more books I need to read. Toooooo many books to read. Why I've not bought as much lately. Plus the Salvation Army and thrift stores haven't had much to buy lately.

I have so many books on my to-read list, I need time to stand still. I never have time to read anymore, at least not as much as I'd like to. But right now, I do have time before work (because I get there an hour to an hour and a half early) so I've been re-reading Small Favor from the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. It takes me longer though because I'm also typing up quotes that I like from the book. I'm trying to get caught up before the newest book comes out this July. (though I doubt I will succeed because there's still like 5 more after the one I'm on.. haha.) I've also been reading REAMDE by Neal Stephenson since the beginning of 2019. It's over 1,000 pages though so maybe that's a good excuse?!

I get most of my reading done these days on the crapper, sadly.

That seemed like the only appropriate reaction. Haha.. at least it's not quite that bad for me.

I'm actually reading The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck. Well, I started it anyway, we'll see if I finish it or not.
