I meant to post this when it happened, but had a lot going on and it just slipped my mind. I'm ashamed of myself for that, this man deserved a proper announcement here. The first WWF Triple Crown champion, Morales held the heavyweight championship, the WWF Tag Team, and the Intercontinental titles across the span of his career. Of course he held titles everywhere he wrestled, but it was in the WWF that I saw him. Always put on a great match and could work with pretty much anyone. His feuds with Ken Patera and Don Muraco for the Intercontinental title were amazing. The guy wrestled everywhere, the NWA, AWA, WWF, WWC and is a member of both The Cauliflower Alley Club HOF and the WWE Hall of Fame. Always gracious and always had time to sign an autograph or to shake someone's hand. I really enjoyed watching this guy growing up, and my condolences go out to his family and friends. RIP sir, you gave me years of great matches and memories.

Oh no, Pedro's gone too? There's enough of these old warriors from the squared circle to have one heck of a Royal Rumble in Heaven today with Mean Gene ringside.
I have so many backstage photos of him and Bruno in my old photo albums. Gotta see how many have passed on, probably most of them.
