I'm only 15 minutes in, and I'm not even going to wait to post about how much this has depressed me. I'm willing to give this away to anyone who is brave enough to sit through this.
It's a real shame, too, seeing as the first film, 2001 Maniacs, was a fantastic film with the right amount of comedy and gore. This is a sad, sad excuse of a sequel, and I regret dropping 3 dollars on this, especially after finding out this is the rated version.
How the hell do you go from Robert Englund to Bill Moseley and actually SCREW THAT UP?!
I wanna cry.
I'm not even going to put any of you through a trailer. Just avoid this at all costs, especially if you like the first one like I did.
Dammit, Otis.

I hate when a sequel to a movie I liked is terrible, but it seems to happen more and more. Sorry you wasted your 3 bucks, I'd be mad.

I am mad. Mad at myself for even thinking this could hold a candle to the original. It felt like it was made for a 10th of the budget and they got a 20th of the acting.

I warned you didn't I? DIDN'T I!?!?
This was one of the most awful sequels I have ever seen. 2001 Maniacs was a great re-imagining of the low budget H.G. Lewis film 2000 Maniacs. It had everything you wanted in a film of this type: Decent cast, good humor, old school practical effects, characters you actually liked, and ROBERT ENGLUND!
Wasn't this made by the same crew as the original? How could something possibly go so wrong?

For the most part, it was the same group. But it... it was... oh man, I don't even want to talk about it anymore.

This movie was painful to watch. I almost turned it off and looking back now...I should have.

I damn near did so myself, but I was determined to sit through it. If I could sit through Transformers 3, which in 4000 times longer that this...

Transformers was boring so at the very least you could ignore it. Plus it's something you expect to be bad so you're at least somewhat prepared for it. This movie you expected cheese, but in a good way. Since you expect more from it and instead you get utter trash, it's that much worse to sit through.
