They shouldn't have bothered making this. It looks horrible

Just a rumor, but I read that Reeves only agreed to do the movie to help out Alex Winter. Looking at Winter's IMDB, he isn't hurting, so, who knows? Just a rumor.
Though, I'm sure the money they threw at Reeves to do the movie helped with his decision.

I find it funny that he didn't even cut the John Wick hair.

It's definitely a better trailer. Still not sold on it.

They should have left well enough alone. It won't tarnish the original films for me, but this just feels like a waste of everyone's time

I'm a big fan of anything Sci-Fi (especially to do with time travel) and when I first saw Excellent Adventure and Bogus Journey I fell in love with the Bill and Ted films.
I'm willing to give this film a chance, though I do think where B & T are concerned they'd exhausted the storyline a bit. They just might have been better sticking with the next generation.

I have to agree with magicmuggle01, I'd give it a chance because I loved the Bill & Ted movies back in the day too. I'll keep my expectations low though, I'm not expecting the same joy ride as the earlier movies provided with a fresh young cast and original story line. Party on dudes.

This was OK. The ending was beyong obvious from the first 2 minutes of the movie, and a bit anticlimactic (and rather abrupt). That aside, it had its moments, but pales in comparison to the first 2. It did bring a tear to my eye with a breif tribute to George Carlin early on.
I'd probably watch it again if I watched the trilogy as a series (cheap BD set maybe).
Don't make a fourth one, though. I know it's rumored, but don't. Unless it's a lot crisper and about the heroes in the end. That might actually work.
Samara Weaving continues to be fakking awesome.
I want to point out the acting wasn't that bad. I think the older Bill and Ted was pretty fun to watch, it's just the story was overall meh. And for a $25 million budget it actually looked very good.
I just edited the **** out of this so I hope you read this again!

I think this is a very valid review. Slightly spoilery, so I suggest watching at after watching the movie. But he brings up some good points.
