This one is Mario Bava's most unusual film. It is about a female tourist misguided with a tour vehicle broken down and stranded with other tourists outside of a big mansion with a rich widow, her son in his early 20s, and a butler. They welcome the tourists in, inviting them to stay until they are able to get help. Each tourist then begins to get mysteriously killed off with mannequins that resemble them suddenly appearing. The young son then starts begging Lisa, the female tourist, to stay, saying he loves her, with his mother saying that will not work and how does not know her. There are a lot of twists and turns before the plot unravels what is actually going on in that big mess, which I will not get into detail with, to avoid spoilers. This is definitely a weird but interesting and intense film. For those into Mario Bava's work, along with the Italian giallo horror genre, it is a must see.

I was browsing Spanish horror, and there seem several that seem very much like giallo in style. Have you seen any that remind you of the Italian films?
