Don't know Gore's stance on it, but I freaking hate it. There's not one thing I like about that movie, nothing. My wife likes it and I've tried to watch it a couple of times thinking it might grow on me. It did not. I hate it more than ever.

Never seen it and have no desire to. I'm quite positive I'll really hate it, just like I hate this movie and Sweeny Todd.

Sweeney Todd was the pits. Horrible.

The only reason I sat through that awful thing was because I snuck into it. Saw 3 movies that day and unfortunately, that was one of them.

You might like it Tony, who knows. Not my thing at all. My wife loves it, but she used to go to the theater and do all the appropriate cheesy lines and throwing popcorn and what not.

Still unsure but back on topic I heard somewhere that not only did Tim Burton write the story for a nightmare before Christmas he wrote all the songs as well

I spent an hour and a half on it and I only saw half the film. Stupid IFC now having commercials. Only good thing was seeing Borat beaten to death.

I forgot he was even in that. I try to remember nothing about it.

I love this movie. The stop motion. The songs.
For years I thought this one was directed by Tim Burton, but I found out in high school Henry Selick directed it. Burton produced this and I think helped write it as well.
Still a wonderful bit of film to watch on either during Halloween season or Christmas season.

It is also based off of a book Burton wrote. I adore so much of this movie, so much so I own 4 copies of it and an Oogie Boogie Yatzee game and plush. I'd own more crap from this movie but money and space and all that jazz, y'know?
Oh, I also have a NBC themed Munchkin game, too. Well, I got a lot of Munchkin games, but still have one for this as well!
