"A spate of killings of teenagers by a maniac dressed like a hippie causes a detective to check the records for similar killings. He discovers that every five years, in the fifth month of the year, for five consecutive days, the same type of killings have occurred, and the few descriptions of the suspect always match."
Not much of a trailer, but it's all I could find.
I have to say, for a SOV film, this is actually pretty good. The acting by half the cast is at least passable, there aren't a terrible amount of editing errors, and for the budget, I think the effects are well done. If you love old low budget slashers, this one is for you.

I'd give it a try, I love 80's horror.

I was part of a VHS horror collector's group on facebook and this one popped up A LOT, so when I saw it on DVD for cheap I figured I'd give it a shot. Glad I did.
