Watched this today and I was pretty much middle of the road on it. For one, it was hard to grasp Daniel Radcliffe as a widower. I still see a 14 year old Harry Potter, so him a widower with a kid, that took some getting used to. Then the story was pretty good, but the movie dragged for the first 45 minutes or so for me with most of the scenes in dim fog and barely lit buildings. It picked up towards the end when the whole story comes out and there were some pretty creepy moments and some good jump scares, but it all felt like a been there done that movie.
Worth a rental I guess, but I didn't see anything special in it. Just my opinion and I don't have the best taste in movies, so take it for what you will.

To tell would spoil the movie for most since the real twist comes right at the end, and the film even relies on the subtle stuff earlier. Not crapping on this, but it wasn't my thing. I can take a slow build, and this actually had a pretty good payoff, but I almost gave up during the first half. Had I nodded off, I would have missed it all. Glad I had coffee.
