One thing WWE does well is their videos, and honestly this video brought tears to my eyes. I won't lie.
You know, Mae Young has been a part of my live for over 15 years thanks to the WWE. She almost seemed immortal. She was also tougher than most of the men on the roster, taking bumps at 80 better than guys in their 20s. When she said she'd be in the ring at 100 years old, I honestly believed she would be. Losing her almost hurt as much as losing Callie because she was a constant in my life, in wrestling. And now when I think about her, I smile, but I frown as well, knowing that there will never be another awesome segment. Another sloppy kiss. Another fight. And there will never be another Mae Young.
She was, in my opinion, the last bastion of women's professional wrestling, and it died with her. Heaven just got a whole lot tougher.

Those videos brought me to tears too, no shame in admitting that.
I feel the same way as you did,Scott. She seemed immortal, like nothing in the world would ever slow her down, let alone keep her down. She made us all laugh, scream in horror seeing her take such insane bumps...whenever she was around, you knew something entertaining was going to occur. That old woman was as tough as they come. It's so sad to know she's gone, but I'm happy to know she lived as full a life as possible.
Didn't she make a joke/deal saying when she made it to 100 she'd wrestle Stephanie and Hunter's daughter? Man,I was really looking forward to seeing that.

Even if it was a slap or a finger poke or whatever, I expected to see Mae, at 100 years old, at a WWE arena making us smile and adding another decade to her career. Did not think she would ever leave us.

Anything to have her around would be worth it. I mean, all she did was slap and shove Michelle McCool to the floor, and that was still awesome.

Called her a slut, too, didn't she? WWEPG be damned!

She did. They bleeped it out too which just made it even funnier. Nobody tells Mae Young what to do!
