Talk about crap timing. Just as he gets into the Hall of Fame and gets his life back on track. At least it got detected early and doesn't seem to be life threatening so far. Still, this is really out of nowhere. Snake Battles Cancer

Well, he's definitely got the right attitude. I hope he makes a full recovery and keeps on doing what he's doing.

His attitude is very positive, and that does go a long way. He's been through a lot already, so hopefully he overcomes this too.

Hope this doesn't cause him to fall off the wagon. He's come too far for that.

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully the people that have been supporting him so far step it up while he goes through this. He sounds good and confident that he'll beat it, but that could just be talk. I wish him the best in all of it.

His attitude makes it seem like he won't slip. Hope that's the case because I'd hate to see him come this far just to fall back.

Damn right. I like how determined he is to be at the HoF ceremony.
