I was always a fan of Arn Anderson and thought he was severely underrated. It would've been nice to see him have just 1 World Title run.

Sadly, some of the best never reach that pinnacle. Double A had all the chops and charisma, but he was always stationed as Flair's second. Tully Blanchard is someone, looking back watching these DVDS, is someone I could have seen as a main eventer as well were he not a cokehead. Shame, some great wrestlers from the NWA/WCW that got lost because of politics.
Also, one match has Dusty, Dustin, the Nasty Boys and MIDDLE AGED AND CRAZY TERRY FUNK IN IT! Watching it now because TERRY FUNK is awesome. He runs into the ring and swings a boot at Dustin and knocks himself over! I love it! Where's my Funk Family dvd, 'E?!

When you have the charisma of Ric Flair, it's impossible to surpass him really. At the very least, all those around him got a rub, even if they didn't reach as high as they probably should have.

True. Four Horsemen would have never succeeded were it not for Flair being the headliner of the group. They would have been the nWo Silver and Black if it weren't for him. But still, we got the Brainbusters in the 'E for a while, which was a damn good time to be a tag team wrestling fan.

Talk about the best of times. Brainbusters, Powers of Pain, Strike Force, Demolition, Hart Foundation, Rockers, Rougeau Brothers, Bushwackers. THAT is a division to be proud of.

Twin Towers never got their due. Slick never got his due. How the hell did Slick never manage a single champion? How in the hell did the Twin Towers never win the tag belts? That's a damn crime.

Rick Martel was never IC champ. It's not right.
What about the Beverly Brothers? Or the Natural Disasters? Legion of Doom? There was never a shortage of tag teams in the cartoon era.
Speaking of, I miss John Tenta so much. Earthquake, the Shark, Golga. The man, no matter the gimmick, was just a good wrestler and big man. He was at his best as Earthquake, though. That SummerSlam match with Hogan.

He wasn't? I could have sworn Martel was IC champ at one point.
I miss John Tenta too. Dude was awesome. He always made his gimmick work, no matter how silly it might have been. Plus he was one of the nicest guys in the business too. A real loss.

Never. Only held the tag champs on WWF. Nothing more. I think that was because he was huge in the AWA and you know how Vince held grudges. You have to really impress him to get him to look past your past. Look what happened to Dusty Rhodes?

Man, that is hard to believe. I'm struggling to figure out why I thought he was the champ at one point.
Oh man, poor Dusty. And yet, he still made it work.

Martel was a talent, man. Shame he never got his due in the 'E. Strikeforce was awesome, though, right? They break up we got a model and a matador out of it.
Dusty could make a mop work.
