Captain America: Theater of War was a series of oneshot Cap stories that focused on Cap as a soldier instead of a hero (not that they're not one in the same). Whether is was during WW2, crazy 50s cold war Cap or revisiting fallen brothers in the modern era. It was a fantastic series of books.
Now this story here, while presented well, is more about what is being said than the animation itself. The animation, considering done by one person, is acceptable. I'd love to see Marvel adapt these stories into little shorts they add on to the DVDs in the future. So many good stories there to be enjoyed.
