Any plans for the 4th?

So, the Fourth of July is Sunday and I'm just curious if anyone has any big parties or plans.

I have to work. I work in a pretty big liquor store, and it's one of our busiest days of the year.
Plus, I'm getting paid double time...so I don't mind.

So, anything big planned??

No? Hmmm. Someone has to be celebrating the 4th, lol. OK. I guess it would help if we had more members. Still working on that.

Wow, lol. This was early on in the forum days, when I spent most of my time talking to myself.

So, now that we have a few more members, anybody doing anything for the 4th?

I'll be watching some Zone when I can. Be careful if you're doing the fireworks thing. Awful hot and dry, hate to hear about a fire or something.

And, watch the alcohol intake, especially if you're going to be out in the heat. Also, make sure you have a DD or take public trans.

I might venture out into Manhattan alone to pick up a few things. Forbidden Planet is having a 15% off sale and have the current Tox Box, and Midtown Comics have a 20% off sale, and tomorrow Walking Dead 100 drops with 8 different variant covers. While I hate variants, some of them look sick.

I got no plans, but this holiday doesn't effect me - being in the UK. Happy 4th July to all those who "celebrate" it.

Just another day here. We don't do the fireworks thing, the only good ones close to us are in DC, and that's way too many people for me.
Might grill up a burger, but that's about it.
