Book: 314 (Widowsfield Trilogy) by A.R. WiseSo I picked this book up as one of Amazon's freebies (the e-book version is actually still free, as of the time of posting this) and I have to say it kept me interested until the very end! The concept was intriguing and the scenes from back in 1996 were always brutal, and quite... descriptive. I'm the type of reader that visualizes everything in my head, so that was a bit disturbing, haha. Creepy, unexplainable things started happening whenever I opened the book too, which always tends to happen when I read scary books. The dialogue between the characters was a bit weird at times though, but it was easy to get over that.
