not classic but more old school. great film. kinda slow at first but picks up. a good love story at the end.
New York: Every night the mysterious "Night Owl" goes on the air with her moody radio show. She seems to have an inexplicable influence on some men; several of Julie's friends commit suicide while listening to her voice. She fears for her husband Harry, who becomes more and more distant from her.
i tried to find just the trailer - but couldn't find it

When does a film become a classic? Do our current classics become masterpieces or relics?
... too much jazz for me

i'm not a big fan of jazz either but it has a reason being in the film. since it's about the late hours of the night it's appropriate to use jazz. what comes on the radio at 3am - weird talk shows about ufo's and endless jazz. most scenes have that kind of late night tired as hell feeling. the acting is not very good and the film is not polished at all. the story is really cool though and this film has a cult status for me atleast. the potential is there!
... i almost fell off a chair trying to reach the damn dvd on a shelf if that means anything, lol.
