Strip nude for your killer is a film I heard about years back but never saw. From the title however it's easy to guess the type of film it is. Interestingly the title is in a way misleading although I went in open minded as giallo films tend to have outlandish titles. The killer doesn't make anyone strip before killing them although I do wonder if this could have been an interesting concept. However there is nudity. Giallos tend to have nudity, but this one takes it up a level, with the opening shot being a gynaecologist examining a female. However something goes wrong and the female dies so the doctor and someone else take her home and make it look like a suicide. The film then has people from a fashion agency being brutally killed by a motorbike helmet wearing psycho who seems to be out for revenge. This seems to be one of those films that from reading online people either love or hate. Admittingly it is far from the greatest giallo. People often compare it to the definition of a stereotypical giallo and it does seem to borrow from a lot of other films e.g. the sleaze of the new York ripper and the multiple agendas of blood and black lace come to mind. I've seen some people say it's a giallo meets an American slasher. It is kind of a sleazy film but also in a funny cheesy way. One scene for example has the husband of the fashion agency pick up one of the models and drive her around fast in his car which she doesn't like. He then takes her to a house and tries to rape her. She later agrees but he seems to only last a few seconds or possibly can't get it up so he cries for his mother and she comforts him ignoring the fact he was trying to rape her earlier. She leaves and he starts to blow up a sex doll saying something like she is the only one that does it for him although before he can do anything he gets killed. The film kind of feels like a softcore film crossed with a giallo. Like I said it is kind of sleazy but it also uses humour so it comes across more cheesy than sleazy. Possibly they tried to use the humour to balance the sleazyness. Interestingly most of the cast including the main male lead aren't actually that likeable character wise and do very despicable things. This film would certainly struggle to be made today because most of the male characters are very sexist and chauvinistic. Most show violent behavior, often to the women who they are with with two of the males partly strangling females at one point. The film actually ends with the male and female lead with the male trying to force her to have anal sex before claiming it is is just a joke. Some bits can be a bit cringy to watch due to this. It's a weird experience because of the way it uses comedy so you're unsure if this is okay because it's not being serious. I don't actually mind the fact that most of the people aren't actually good people in a way because it does add some realism. Nothing is ever black and white. However without giving too much away at the end it does look like some got away with a lot. This contrasts I suppose another cheesy similar film pieces (love it though so check it out). The main character in this is a bit of a player but without giving too much away kind of gets his comeuppance at the end. I've probably made the film sound worse than it is. I actually think it's not as bad as some. The effects of the murders are very low budget although I felt the last killings were decent. There's a weird creaky noise whenever the killer turns up which weirdly for some reason I dug. The music is also decent. I even found some scenes had a little bit of suspense and while low budget shot decent. If you want a really stylish argento style giallo then you won't get it but it isn't as bad as it could have been and if your a giallo fan I’d say watch it, even if only once. Watch the trailer here.

Really like your reviews peteyt , but Proboards, who hosts this forum for free, is strictly PG-13. So, I had to remove the trailer you posted and replace it with just a link to the video. Unfortunately the TOS doesn't allow posting of nudity, although it seems the stray nipple here or there is let slide, lol. Anyway, no worries. I just don't need someone reporting the video and having the place closed. It's happened in the past, so I can't be too careful. Keep posting the reviews, but if the trailer is laced with nudity, please only post the link. Thanks!

Oh sorry about that never really thought about that as I noticed there where films in the popcorn bit. Are trailers okay horror wise if they are gory but without nudity? Just don't want to obviously get anyone in trouble. I have posted it on my own proboard forum but we don't really have any active users right now and probably will end up closing it at some point. Glad you like my reviews. I do like posting them although I'm not someone who can go too in depth ha analyse the film. Have you seen this film? It's on YouTube. In the scene I mentioned in my review about the guy with the sex doll there's a goof that seemed to be hidden when watching via my phone on Amazon Prime but it is visible on the version on YouTube. The guy passes a mirror and you see the camera crew

No, no worries at all. I tend not to get too concerned about the movies in the Popcorn thread, because they're full movies and if any nudity appears it's usually spread throughout an entire movie, whereas a trailer it's condensed into a 2-3 minute long video, so it's more prevalent if that makes any sense.
And, I'm not saying it would get reported, just that it happened in the past with a user and got the place shut down for about a week due to violation of section 25a of Proboards TOS. Was a complete PITA and the user was just trying to cause trouble. Probably wouldn't happen again, but when it's so in your face I always get nervous.
Trailers are fine, the more gore the better! As long as it's a movie and not some real gore video. Had a problem with that before too. And, as I mentioned, we've never been flagged for some incidental nudity here or there.
As for the movie, I haven't seen it. But, your review makes me want to. I'll check it out one night after the wife is asleep, she hates movies like that.
What is your forum name? I'd like to check it out.

I'd like to check it out. My forum is doctorwhotv.freeforums.net I used to run a small disqus channel for just doctor who back when disqus still had channels and created the forum as an alternative when they decided to close the channels down. However only one or two people followed us to the new location and most of them stopped. Got a 1 or 2 users from reditt but its now dead but don't have as much time to really run it anyways and without an audience there's little point. Maybe when things get better and I've got more free time I'll try and get it a bit lively. I have been sharing my giallo reviews on there although mainly for myself ha

That one is another one of the more interesting of the Italian giallo horror films I have seen. I also like the many twists and turns in there. I would rate this one up with "The Night Evelyn Came Out From The Grave," "Knife Of Ice," "Blood And Black Lace," and "Hatchet For The Honeymoon." They are all great cult classics!

The Night Evelyn Came out of the Grave is such a great title. The movie is good, but that title is pretty awesome.

Yeah Tom Bakers early run had Philip Hinchcliffe as the producer and Robert Holmes as the scriptwriter. Both these two wanted to play homage to horror and wanted tighter stories. However it did lead to complaints, especially from Marry Whitehouse, and his successor was told to tone the show down, as the BBC was worried it was too scary for children.
