Great movie that I really love. Three episodes from the original Twilight Zone series are featured in this movie. The fourth story was an entirely new story combining the themes of the original episodes "A Quality of Mercy" and "Deaths Head Re-Visited" to form the infamous segment "Time Out" in which actor Vic Morrow and children Myca Dinh Le and Renee Shin-Yi Chen were killed towards the end of filming when a helicopter in the scene lost control. Living Dead Girl posted a video of this here: horrorsonline.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=murder&action=display&thread=873And you can read more on it here: www.findadeath.com/Deceased/m/Vic%20Morrow/vic_morrow.htmDespite that tragedy, all of the stories are really well put together, and nicely done. Nice updates to the original stories. Kinda dated now, but still one of my favorite movies. I recommend it highly, especially if you're a fan of the original series.

I've always loved this movie, but researching further the info LDG posted on Vic Morrow's death and the two kids, it now has a really macabre feel to it. Gonna watch this again soon.

My favorite story, besides the Vic Morrow one, is Nightmare at 20,000 Feet. Lithgow does a great job in it, and it's pretty scary. The original episode was great, but the gremlin in it looked ridiculous, of course that was a long time ago. Like to see something like this done today. Could be awesome if done right.

Who was the sister with no mouth again?

That's Sara. "Anthony shows Helen around the house. They come to the room of another sister, Sara Fremont (Cherie Currie), who has had an accident. Because Sara (who is in a wheel chair) has her back to them, Helen doesn't notice that the girl has no mouth." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twilight_Zone:_The_MovieHe thought her that way. What a power that would be to have.

"Wanna see something really scary?" This movie is great. I wouldn't actually mind if there was a remake of the movie. I know they tried to bring the series back and it kind of flopped, but I wouldn't mind a new movie.

I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of the movie. As long as they didn't kill it with CGI. Oh, and that 'Wanna see something really scary" part at the beginning would send my son running out of the room screaming until he was like 12. Good times.

Nothing beats the original series, but this movie was a childhood favorite of mine.
Knowing the tragedy behind it for some time now and the injustice that kept John Landis from serving time puts a real damper on the whole thing any more.
Still, a nice predecessor to Spielberg's own Amazing Stories.
