This is another Italian giallo cult classic from Lucio Fulci, and it starts off as humorous and entertaining, but then gets scary and intense with a lot of suspense as the local children begin to get killed off one by one. There are also twists and turns making the killer appear to be somebody, only to have the killings continue after each suspect is either gone or locked up. There is also a huge surprise when the killer is finally revealed near the very end. Even after then, it only gets more intense until the ending credits begin to roll. Those into Fulci and/or Italian giallo horror films should not be disappointed with this one.
